SUMMARY
When bringing up the klockscreen to either, log off, reboot, shutdwon eg the system on a dual monitor system both lockscreen windows are opened on the same monitor.

This leaves one with out a lock screen.

What might be related to this issue is that I have one display connected via HDMI-0 and one via DP-0. See: https://i.imgur.com/iCupavW.png

The primary display is configured to be HDMI-0.
