SUMMARY
Can reproduce with Ungoogled Chromium from flathub, Opera and Vivaldi browsers.
Firefox is not affected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install kdialog
2. try to attach a file to a bug report in this bug tracker using any affected browser
mentioned above
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
browser tab crashes. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
no crash

I cant't reproduce this bug on Arch Linux.

The bug occurs even when kdialog is not installed.

I'm unable to reproduce on neon unstabe.
