The cursed behavior in action. LibreOffice Write icon covers up Frescobaldi icon.

SUMMARY
When clicking and dragging to move an icon in the Favorites menu, the icon goes to the wrong place. All the other icons shuffle out of the way as though it went to the right place, however, and this causes multiple icons to overlap. After a few minutes the menu fixes itself somehow, but it's very annoying in the meantime.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kickoff
2. Click and drag an icon in the Favorites menu to a different position in the Favorites menu
3. Behold the ensuing chaos and cringe in horror!!! AAAAaaaAAaaaa

OBSERVED RESULT

Instead of moving to the correct position, the icon you dragged is placed in the farthest left column of the row it was in before you moved it. Other icons, however, shuffle to the right/down as though the dragged icon *has* assumed the correct new position, resulting in the dragged icon occupying the same space as another icon. The icon's position seems to fix itself after a minute or two, but it shouldn't do this in the first place.

Expected result

The icon moves to the correct position, and all the others shuffle out of the way.
