SUMMARY
The installer that is for Windows that is for Dolphin is outdated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Do visit "http://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Dolphin_Release_win64/" or do visit "http://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Dolphin_Nightly_win64/".

OBSERVED RESULT
The current versions are very out-of-date.

EXPECTED RESULT
The versions that are there should be the most new versions of their respective stages of development.
