small black bars are showing sometimes both in the Latte dock area and the panel one.
sometimes they also get stuck for a bit,or appear under the dock.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. move the mouse pointer slowly towards the dock or panel area.
2.

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
moving the mouse pointer fast towards those areas may skips this behavior.

The attached screenshots poorly demonstrate the issue, I don't see it. Can you please indicate the problematic areas, e.g. by outlining them or by adding arrows, etc?

i the first screenshot there is a small bar on the bottom of the window in the middle(that's where the hided Lattedock is).
on the second SS it's on the left of the window also in the middle(that's where the hided Panel is)
in my case they are small since they are around the size of the Panael and Dock i have,which i made small by removing elements.
but i added an additional Screenshot i found from another person which have the same issue.

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
