SUMMARY
If I put a resource monitoring widget on a panel and click said widget, it will show a pop-up with the same information that it is currently displaying. Typically, one would want it to instead launch the resources monitoring app when clicking it, like this earlier widget and its many forks that used the earlier resources monitoring app:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put some resource monitoring widget on the panel, such as the "Total CPU Use" one.
2. Click said widget.

OBSERVED RESULT
Should launch the resources monitoring app.

EXPECTED RESULT
Opens a pop-up showing the same information but bigger.
