Created attachment 142535 [details] Image of the taskbar with error SUMMARY Speaker icon is attached to all closed applications in the task bar. The error happens automatically after a certain time. There are no steps to reproduce it. Error also occurs without opening an app. When one of the speaker icons is pressed, all icons are toggled (mute/loud). EXPECTED RESULT Icon is no longer appended to closed applications SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 35 / Kernel: 5.14.11-300.fc35.x86_64 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.23 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.87 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Wayland session Occurs even after clean install
