SUMMARY
On KDE Neon 5.23 system monitor does not work / display any stats. One needs to install ksystemstats manually. Then everything works as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
All graphs/widgets etc are completely empty. No information is displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
System monitor displaying the required information. ksystemstats being a required dependency for system monitor and therefore automatically installed along with it.
