SUMMARY
Ark is unable to extract splitted ZIP archives until libzip plugin is disabled (see bug 399949).
If I disable libzip while Dolphin is running, extraction via context menu of Dolphin keeps failing.
Dolphin needs to be restarted.

EXPECTED RESULT
changes in Ark's plugins settings should take affect immediately.

We need to restart Dolphin after modifying the option to open the destination 
after an extraction in Ark settings. Otherwise, the modification does not
affect the compression/extraction options from the context menu of Dolphin.

I also need to restart Plasma with "plasmashell --replace". Otherwise, the modifications done in Ark settings will not affect the extraction of archives located on desktop via context menu.
