Created attachment 142452 [details] Video of the observed bug SUMMARY Tool tips show incorrect background shading/transparency when moving from one icon to another. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enable Tool Tips for Icon Only Task Manager in panel 2. Hover over an application icon, and move cursor to another icon 3. OBSERVED RESULT Background/transparency of tool tip is incorrectly rendered for the tool tip pop-ups. See attached video. EXPECTED RESULT Consistent shading for the entire tool tip pop up.
