SUMMARY
Notification is cut off at the bottom of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Example, connect protonvpn (or any vpn provider)
2. System will give several notifications about the vpn connecion.
3. Bottom notification is cut off by the bottom of the screen.

OBSERVED RESULT

Hmm, that's weird. I remember you saying in another bug report that you're using PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1. Can you reproduce the issue if you make this condition happen either in the Plasma Wayland session, or without that environment variable set?

This doesn't happen on 5.23. I think the upgrade fixed it. I just tried to reproduce it, but the notifications stack shows up just fine. I have even tried moving the panel to different edges of the screen, and it was still working well. I think it is safe to mark this bug as resolved.
