SUMMARY
Upower problems can cause Dolphin and other KDE components work very slowly and it's very hard to investigate and found. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Crash upower daemon

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is starting 1 minute or more

EXPECTED RESULT
It should start instantly or should display error (for example in terminal), with reason of problem.
