SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. select an icon on desktop and press shift+del
3. right-click on desktop, hover over "Create new", choose "Folder..."

OBSERVED RESULT
after the steps 2 and 3, dialogs show up in the upper left corner

EXPECTED RESULT
dialogs centered on the screen, like on X11

I guess it's back. See Bug 405841.

Can't reproduce. Reopen if the issue is still reproducible in 5.26 or 5.27
