Does it work in the Plasma Wayland session? Also, does it work on either X11 or Wayland in Plasma 5.23? I had my resolution set to 1800 instead of 2160. There is only one resolution on wayland, so I couldn't tell you. I still think krunner and the panel editing menu should adjust based on the resolution of the screen. Created attachment 142260 [details] Krunner not centered to the screen SUMMARY Krunner and panel editing tool are not centered on the screen. Krunner has only two settings, "top" and "center", and they both only move it vertically to the top or the middle of the screen, nothing horizontal. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Krunner or right click on the panel and click "edit panel", you will see that both krunner and the editing tool on the top sit to the right of the screen, not centered 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT EXPECTED RESULT Both Krunner and panel editing tool should be center to the window when invoked SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon User Edition (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I do have PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1 enabled because I have a 4k screen, and without that line, things would look out of place. Especially menus icons and the panel. The panel would be too small that I have to scale it to 114 to have it a nice size.
