SUMMARY
The tag list dropdown for the brush presets docker can sometimes become basically unusable while the docker is undocked.

This is not a regression of Krita 5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Detach the presets docker.
2. Reattach it.
3. Detach it again.
4. Attempt to select a new tag.

OBSERVED RESULT
The tag dropdown shows for a split second and then closes.

The tag drop

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I might have observed other situations where the tag dropdown becomes unusable when the docker is undocked, but I'm not totally sure.

This is a bug that raghukamath has been trying to explain to me and halla several times now, and also happens to the blending mode dropdown for the layers docker.

I'm afraid this is one of those instances that we might need to check after we've replaced our dockers system by something that *is* maintained.
