I don't know much about iOS, but kmymoney4 is ancient history, and hasn't been supported in a long time.  What, exactly, are you trying to do?  Is there a kmymoney5?

You’re trying to install with MacPorts. Please report the issue to MacPorts instead. However, I doubt they’ll fix it, given what Jack said – kmymoney4 is too old. 

Use the information from kmymoney.org website to install the most recent version on macOS.
