SUMMARY
Add way to copy both the subscription url and an entry url

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This allow to share a podcast file with a friend, or just the podcast host subscription feed.

On master, the podcast URL is already shown on the "podcast details" page.  You can select that URL using the mouse.
I still have to check whether it's easy to copy the URL on a touch device.

The podcast download URL is currently not exposed.  I'll see if I can find a nice way of implementing it without it being to obnoxious, since it will probably not be a much-used feature.
