Please test with systemctl suspend (In reply to David Edmundson from comment #1) > Please test with systemctl suspend As I wrote in the report 'systemctl suspend' works every time. Is there something else I can do to help debug this? Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with no change in 30 days the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME due to lack of needed information. For more information about our bug triaging procedures please read the wiki located here: https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Bug_triaging If you have already provided the requested information, please mark the bug as REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to be confirmed. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! I'm experiencing a similar issue in gentoo intermittently, see: https://bugs.gentoo.org/818124 It's specifically requesting sleep from the ksmserver-logout-greeter screen that does not cause sleep. Selecting sleep e.g. from the K Menu always works for me. As detailed in the gentoo bug above, ksmserver-logout-greeter generates different diagnostics for me in the cases where it works vs those where it doesn't. I do not see my particular culprit in Mariusz' log, though, FWIW. A lot has changed since then. Can anyone still reproduce this issue in Plasma 5.25? (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #5) > A lot has changed since then. Can anyone still reproduce this issue in > Plasma 5.25? Tried it 10 time and it worked every time. I'm on Plasma 5.25.2, don't know when it got fixed - I had this logout dialog disabled because of this bug. Great news! |
