Could you attach a few screenshots? Or if Windows has an easy gif recorder, a gif recording of what happens? Created attachment 142054 [details]

Expected Result
When Single Page is on, there's no problem: The Highlight appear.
You have the "downward arrow" button checked at the bottom of the annotations sidebar panel that says "Only show annotations for the current page". As you can see on https://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=142054 the current page is page 9, so no annotations for page 10 are shown. Thanks for the tip, But when I see two pages, I expect them to be both considered as current. Because when I scroll down (with FacingPages and the arrow selected), I never see the annotations of the even pages. When the arrow is selected I've got all the annotations, and it's harder to know wich are wich. Is there a place to make suggestions like that ? Thanks again. Yes, this is the place, set the severity to wishlist instead of normal :) I would suggest you open a new issue, and now that we know what's happening you can explain better what the problem is, otherwise have this "tainted" issue in which you say "this doesn't work" and i say "oh but it does", until we discover that "it's not a bug, but it feels weird". If you open a new one as a wish it will be more clear what you think should happen. Title should be something like "Both pages should be considered as current page for annotations sidebar 'only show current page' ption when in facing pages mode" or something like that. |
