Technically you're seeing a multi-page KCM, and the inactive page generally gets an inactive-looking title. However for this KCM, we display both pages adjacent to one another so it doesn't seem like this is what's going on. Perhaps in this case we could avoid using the inactive effect for the non-active page. Moving to Kirigami, where this is all controlled. Can't reproduce on current master. This might have been fixed. Open users system settings. 2. Click on a list, outside of a list, on a title etc... OBSERVED RESULT Sometimes "Manage Users" title becomes gray (as in "inactive" color). EXPECTED RESULT It should stay white, unless another page is loaded on top of current one.
