Current state of ROM icons

SUMMARY
Currently the Breeze icon theme uses compact discs and generic executable icons for old cartridge-based video game ROM image formats. I see two issues here:

- Wrong semantics: These old video games were distributed on game cartridges, not CDs.
- Inconsistency: Half of these cartridge formats use one style of icon, the other half an another one.

I think it would make sense introducing a new icon featuring some kind of stylized game cartridge for these files. A photo of these game cartridges for reference: https://imgur.com/r/gaming/9cKpeyE

As cool as it would be to have these, there's probably no way it's going to work for the 16 (more like 12x12) and 22 (more like 16x16) sizes unless we use a generic rom icon at smaller sizes.
