When vlc closed it opens a new window that then closes immediately.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open video on vlc
2. Close
3. A new window appears and then closes immediately

OBSERVED RESULT
A new window appears and then closes immediately

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing happens

This would be a bug in VLC itself, not a problem in any KDE code.
