I have a keyboard shortcut set for the action 'window to next screen', it moves non-maximized and fullscreen windows from one screen to the other, but does nothing when the focused window is maximized. 

It's a regresion - this functionality worked as expected in kwin 5.22.

Had a similar issue. Should be fixed now.
