I installed Plasma 5.22.90 on manjaro (by Arch kde-unstable packages) but I haven't power profiles in battery applet. I run on Linux Kernel 5.14.

power-profiles-daemon was missing. After Arch upgrade of powerdevil package it was installed. Now all works.
