I noticed it's not Windows 11 fault, rather the Microsoft Store version. If installing the MS Store version on Windows 10 the "Send to" options are still missing; if you install the .exe from the KDE website, the options appear Created attachment 142684 [details]

use the Open with... menu and open the file you want to share, with kde
connect. It's not perfect; a better solution is always welcome.
