SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new project and add files
2. Select area to render
3. Save and close project
4. Open project
5. Render full project

OBSERVED RESULT
Audio and video is deleted from area selected for render the rest of the project renders properly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Rendering the full project while a selection in the timeline is made should not delete tracks.
