No, it works for me. :) Interesting - how do I debug such a thing? I have managed to reproduce this issue, although only in certain circumstances, as given below: 1, In System Settings, make sure that "Workspace Behaviour, General Behaviour, Clicking files or folders" is set to "Open them" (i.e. single-click mode) 2, Open Dolphin 3, Navigate to a folder with multiple items in it 4, Ensure no items are currently selected 5, Click on a column heading to sort by that column (this step is important - without it, the reproduction doesn't work) 6, Select a single item by dragging a short distance vertically 7, Hold Shift 8, Click on another item some way away from the first item and note that only first and last item are selected, not all those in between Subsequent shift-clicks do work as expected, just the first one doesn't, and this is only reproducible if you do the click on column heading just before selecting the first item. Sorry, I forgot to add: Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20231006 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10 Kernel Version: 6.5.4-1-default (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 620 Manufacturer: HP Product Name: HP ProBook 450 G4 Can't reproduce on 24.01.95. Feel free to reopen if you still see this issue in the latest version. |
