SUMMARY
When using window resize effect, and the size of a window is changed, it happens that the window becomes transparent for a while.
It does not happen with all of the windows.
In the video attached i show that some apps are fine:
kwrite, dolphin
others are not
gtk3-demo, simple-scan, konsole


Weird thing is that the maximize effect, which basically does the same thing of resizing, is fine.

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
