SUMMARY
I downloaded App Image for build 961, 962 and 963 and when I start them all three build images show

Cannot open /proc/self/exe: Permission denied
Failed to get fs offset for /proc/self/exe

The last image I downloaded that worked is build 955 (did not download and test builds 956-960)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download App Image builds 961, 962, 963
2. Make App Image executable
3. execute App Image

OBSERVED RESULT
Console logs show 
Cannot open /proc/self/exe: Permission denied
Failed to get fs offset for /proc/self/exe

EXPECTED RESULT
Application to run

I was able to start the app image starting with Build 969 onward.
