Created attachment 141293 [details] VLC media player example This is just a suggestion for a feature. Add the artist and a title of the currently played song into the title bar of the Elisa window. Many other media players do that such as: Juk, VLC, Strawberry or Amarok. I added VLC format into the attachments and I'm also adding it here: Artist - Title - App name Even more awesome would be if we could customize what exactly is shown in the window title bar. There are two reasons why to implement this: 1. This data appear in the taskbar of users DE. User can see what is being played just by looking on the taskbar. 2. Other apps can pull this data and use it. I use this with OBSs plugin tuna, that searches all window titles for a keyword (VLC) and pulls the window title so the recording includes the name of currently played song.
