Unstranslatable strings in Import Video Animation dialogue
The "FPS" unit inside of "FPS:" box is also untranslatable. The "s" after all time code are also untranslatable. The methods inside of the Filter droplist are also untranslatable. I tried to fix them. I hope it works! I left Opaque unchanged because there are too many of them. Maybe another time.
