When I imported OE5 mail folders I found 2 corresponded bugs in locale supporting.
1) kmailcvt doesn't open OE5 directory with spaces and cyrillic letters but in choose dialog it's selected right.
2) Name of imported folder doesn't translate using QString::fromLocal8Bit() too. After import names of these folders consist from ??? (after reopened KMail).

In last version of kmailcvt imported russian folder names are shown as plain Unicode text.

Cleanup uses QString everywhere
