a) No, uninstalling and reinstalling Krita doesn't wipe your settings. This is intentional. b) This is, of course, a problem with your particular system and not a bug in Krita: most likely you have an outdated or broken graphics driver and will have to reset Krita's settings so it will check again whether your system can properly support canvas acceleration. c) To figure out what's going on, please add the contents of help->system information for bug reports to this bug as an attachment, and check whether there's a %APPDATA%\kritacrash.log file, and if so, attach that as well. d) To learn how to reset Krita's settings, check the FAQ:https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration Sadly non of the file you are asking me are generated or not where you pointed out. So I can't share you those reporte. the lunch is litteraly where it freez, I don't get anykind of menu, the window is fully blank. The command shift+alt+ctrl do not work either and I have upgraded my graphics pilot (graphic card brand new and perfectly fonctionnal with everything else) and reinstalled Krita, still the same. Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information. I'm not sure what to do then -- I don't think you would be able to install and use a debugger application. There must be something wrong with the GPU drivers on your system -- or, do you have any "security" software installed other than what comes with Windows (i.e. Windows Defender)? Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with no change in 30 days the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME due to lack of needed information. For more information about our bug triaging procedures please read the wiki located here: https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Bug_triaging If you have already provided the requested information, please mark the bug as REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to be confirmed. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 30 days. Still an issue juste to found them, I know you probably have a reason
but those setup files where the ones corrupting the whole thing

Ho well it's fixed now for me so, I won't need your help anymore.
