SUMMARY
After a recent update to KDE plasma 5.21.5 and frameworks 5.83.0, now viewing a static image (.png) with gwenview will activate the media controls (the kind that has play/pause and other controls in the taskbar), and closing an application which is playing media (or non-media, such as gwenview) will not deactivate the media controls.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a media player wdiget somewhere visible.
2. Open a static image with gwenview.
3. Close gwenview.

OBSERVED RESULT
Opening the image triggers the media controls, and closing the application does not deactivate them.

EXPECTED RESULT
Opening an image should not trigger the media controls, and closing the application that previously triggered these controls should deactivate them.
