SUMMARY
When doing right-click to open a context menu in kmail, the context menu sometimes will be displayed on the top-right corner of the display. 

The same sometimes happens with dropdown lists when writing an email address in the to: field of a new email, or when entering people names under unrecognized faces in digikams "people" category.
