SUMMARY
I think that when grabKeyboard() is enabled, all the shortcut keys will not take effect, but plasma(wayland session) can still capture Meta and still pop up the start menu, so I don’t think it is completely fixed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Open remmina, VM, connect to remote computer or virtual machine, and enable capture all shortcut keys 
2. Press meta
3. plasma still pops up the start menu

OBSERVED RESULT
plasma still pops up the start menu

EXPECTED RESULT
plasma won't pop up the menu
