SUMMARY
Black screen for a moment when editing list of virtual desktops.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open virtual desktops KCM
2. Add another virtual desktop
3. Click Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Black screen for 1 second, then it restores. Not sure when happens, maybe Plasma restarts.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should only have immediate effect on the Virtual Desktops Pager widget.

Cannot reproduce exactly, but there are a few flickers for me with the panel and window decorations though. Seems like KWin reloads some stuff when it creates a new virtual desktop, which is causing these momentary visual glitches.

Fun fact: the same doesn't happen for me on Wayland.

This is caused by a KWin reconfigure, which can't be completely glitch free on X11
