SUMMARY
I have specific configuration. I set bottom-right corner action to show krunner. Now, when playing Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun and trigger this action, fullscreen game window displays airtifacts.

To turn off airtifacts, I must press escape twice. First time open game menu. Second probably dismiss krunner window and makes everything works again.

Game are accessible on Steam.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure krunner to show one's window, when move mouse cursor onto right-bottom corner
2. Run Steam and Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun
3. Start game and move mouse onto right-bottom corner

OBSERVED RESULT
Airtifacts displayed. Disappears once press esc twice

EXPECTED RESULT
It do not be important if krunner is displayed on top of game window or not displayed at all, because fullscreen window is displayed.

I checked if the error occur in other cases. I move mouse to left side of screen to show activity manager. The bug also occur in this case, but not always.

I do not known it this help, but I made screenshot.

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.

I cannot test on newer computer. KWin seems disabled hot corners, when fullscreen window is active. I am right? I will test on other computers also.

It works as a charm on Asus ZenBook Flip 15 with OpenSUSE Tumbleweed.
I will check on two other computers, because when I wrote this report, I do not own this laptop yet.
On ASUS I have AMD APU and NVidia dGPU.
On older laptop i have intel iGPU and AMD dGPU.
And on oldest, I had only intel iGPU.

I will also check on second card on ASUS.

On ASUS it worked both on dedicated NVidia/AMD APU .
On HP it worked both and dedicated AMD/integrated Intel.
I must only test on my oldest computer, but I think I did never play this game on it.

On my last computer/laptop (with only integrated Intel GPU - LenovoIdeaPad - 15IBY), it worked also.

Sorry. I tested on Wayland by now. I did no remember if I use X11, when fill this bug report. Should I also test on X11? I remember, that switching between X11 and Wayland could case lost of configuration.

Tested on older laptops in X11 and Shadow Tactics works.
