Scrollbars in VLC looks bad

SUMMARY
Scrollbars have a white background. This looks bad in applications that doesn't use white as the background color.
Please check the attached screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open VLC.
2. Look at the scrollbar's background.

Application Style: Breeze
Plasma Style: Breeze
Colors: Breeze

Can confirm, but this seems to be an app bug. If you make a scrollbar appear in VLC's settings window by resizing it to be short, you'll see that it gets a background color that matches the view. It seems to be an issue particular to that one vie win VLC, which means it is most likely a case of the app overriding the view's default a color in an incorrect way (i.e. in a way that causes the change to not propagate to the view's scrollbar).
