Can confirm, but this seems to be an app bug. If you make a scrollbar appear in VLC's settings window by resizing it to be short, you'll see that it gets a background color that matches the view. It seems to be an issue particular to that one vie win VLC, which means it is most likely a case of the app overriding the view's default a color in an incorrect way (i.e. in a way that causes the change to not propagate to the view's scrollbar). |
