Blank blocks show but not icons. when hovering over block text does display

Looking closer they are there but very small and black in color.

Thank you for reporting. I can confirm this issue; it's a Windows issue only. Let's see if we can fix this on a short time.

Thanks for your report! This should be fixed now. If you want to test it you can try the nightly version. The fix will be in 21.12 maybe we can also back port it for 21.08.2 or .3 (not sure)
