SUMMARY

What the title says - occaisionally, the top bar (I'm usign Latte as a top bar and a bottom dock) gets stuck on screen. Randomly, the top bar, which is set to dodge active, just gets stuck on screen even after I mouse off it. I never have this problem with the lower dock, only the top bar.

OBSERVED RESULT
It stays stuck there.
EXPECTED RESULT
It dissapears after a mouse is removed from it.
