Why no like Dolphin menu item for extracting archive files in Krusader with right click?

Can you post a screen of the popup menu? After the open actions you should have the kde file item actions. With a recent update to KF 5.85, there are two compress/extract items (one added by Krusader and one by KDE).

It seems all services are gone.

You should look in Dolphin configuration -> Context menu, here you can enable/disable services (Krusader does not provide a way to manage this list).

I have all Services enabled in Dolphin configuration. Dolphin works well, but no such menu on Krusader. Could it be connected with plugins?

Yes it could, specially the compress/extract one which is bundled statically if found, the other ones are configured; those plugins should be located in kf5/kfileitemaction as compressfileitemaction and extractfileitemaction.
