shut down confirmation deepin

SUMMARY
It would be nice if Plasma would warn users when they're trying to shut down the system, even though one or more programs are still running and preventing the system from shutting down. The warning should then also have a force quit button, that kills the process and shuts the system down, hopefully eliminating "endlessly long" (1:30min) taking shut downs, because a process is still running. This also prevents the user from losing unsaved documents without their knowledge.

This should be shown at shut down and reboot.

A screenshot of how this is handled by Deepin is attached

This seems implemented in Plasma 6.
