SUMMARY: [KDE Neon] When changing the Regular font from Noto sans arabic to Noto sans, the outline of the font names disappears

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system settings and go to the appearance section.
2. Click the appearance button.
3. Change the regular font from Noto sans to Noto sans arabic
4. Close the System Settings window.
5. Open the System Settings window.
6. Select the external section.
7. Change the normal font from Noto sans arabic to Noto sans.Expected result: The font names will be located in the icons with an outline.Actual result: the stroke around the font names disappears.

OBSERVED RESULT: the outline around the font names disappears.


EXPECTED RESULT: the font names will be located in the icons with an outline.

Can you clarify what you mean by the "External" section? Do you mean "Removable Storage?" Can you attach a screenshot of the whole window that shows the problem? Thanks!

In the screenshot, the "appearance"section

Dear programmers, I am sending you screenshots of the problem. The first screenshot shows the appearance tab. The problem is located in its fonts section. In the second screenshot, I highlighted the problem itself with a red rectangle. The outline around the font names disappears. Which is a visual error

Oh that! Yeah, I can reproduce that too by changing the font size.
