Since Konsole 21.08.0 a new Toolbar Menu appeared

It cannot be deactivated.

Although, someone mentioned this option on Reddit:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Check the Settings menu


OBSERVED RESULT
- No entry "Show toolbar"

EXPECTED RESULT
- menu entry "Show toolbar" to deactivate the toolbar menu

The issue was fixed in the master git branch; and now the commits have been cherry-pick'ed to the stable 21.08 branch.
