The fix for Bug 408507 allowed notifications to take focus. However this has a side effect: for notifications with a primary action that close the notification when the body is clicked on, clicking on the actual close button now triggers the action, rather than only closing the notification.

Can't reproduce. Is this on Wayland?

This was on X11 (Wayland was unaffected) but I can't reproduce anymore.
