You should already be seeing your system's cursor in Okular, and be able to adjust it's size at the system level. Is this happening on Ubuntu and Windows 10, or is it only happening on one of them? . Created attachment 140798 [details]
As you can see, in the top part, the cursor is the system cursor. While in the middle part, the cursor is small, maybe is the KDE cursor.
