It also fails in firefox with "No video with supported format and MIME type found" and in every browser I have installed

On Microsoft Edge Version 92.0.902.73 (Official build) (64-bit) works perfectly fine.
Don't close bugs if you have no idea what you are talking about. Clearly you didn't double-check enough.
