SUMMARY
Digikam is being packaged without video player support, and it would be helpful if this could be added.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open digikam
2. Click on a video to play it

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens since the package isn't built with Media Player support by default 

cmake options: ENABLE_MEDIAPLAYER : Build digiKam with Media Player support (default=OFF).


EXPECTED RESULT
The video is shown in a larger preview and it is possible to play it
