On applying Breeze, the theme changes but it's not the Breeze theme.

SUMMARY
I was installing and applying a couple of themes, and now the Breeze (both Light and Dark) Plasma Styles appear to be broken for me.
Attached video for the problem

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install themes from the Get New Stuff window (I installed 'WhiteSur-dark')
2. Apply the theme
3. Apply Breeze theme

OBSERVED RESULT
Breeze theme should be reverted like it was before installing any other themes

EXPECTED RESULT
A different theme applies that is definitely not Breeze.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.22 User
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.84.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think some parts of the Whitesur theme somehow got mixed with the Breeze theme?

WhiteSur-dark is the culprit. To fix this, delete the following folder: ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/default

Please report this to the developer.
